Draft — pending legal review.
Usage Policy
What is and is not acceptable when calling models through ChineseModels.ai. This page is a working draft and will be finalised after legal review.
1. Our expectations
Models on this platform are general-purpose tools. You are responsible for the prompts you send, the applications you build around the output, and the effect those applications have on other people. This policy applies to the API, the console and any interface we operate.
2. Prohibited content
Do not use the service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, incitement to violence, targeted harassment, or instructions for weapons, malware or other serious harm. Do not use it to impersonate a real person in a way intended to deceive.
3. Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, safety filters or access controls; do not resell raw API access without an agreement; do not scrape or reverse engineer the platform; and do not use the service in a way that degrades it for other customers.
4. High-risk and regulated uses
Applications making automated decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare, education or legal outcomes require human review and must comply with the law that applies to them. Do not present model output as professional medical, legal or financial advice.
5. Model-specific restrictions
Individual providers may impose additional restrictions or acceptable-use terms on their models. Those terms apply to your use of that model in addition to this policy. Where a provider requires a particular disclosure for synthetic media, you are responsible for including it.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, throttle or suspend keys, and terminate accounts where a breach is confirmed. Where appropriate we will ask you to remediate before taking action, but serious harm or legal exposure may require immediate suspension.
7. Reporting abuse
Report abuse, harmful output or a security concern to support@chinesemodels.ai. Include the request ID from the response headers where you have it. Related documents: User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
